We are big fans of the Joe Louis Greenway, as featured at the Better Cities Film Festival during our Design Charrette and the "All Powerful Bike Lobby" panel discussion with Todd Scott-Detroit Greenways Coalition, Bob Barnes-Free Bikes 4 Kidz, Bart Eddy-Brightmoor Makerspace, and Mama Ravin, "Herbal Walk & Talk" Program Creator with Detroit Riverfront Conservancy.

And last but not least, we are having an enlightening experience serving as a "Demonstrator Project" for the Newham Policy Lab and London Strategy & Policy Network. We continue our exploration of the rapidly evolving field of Innovation Districts, Placemaking, & Participatory Co-Design, comparing and contrasting Public Private Partnerships and asset development between Detroit and Pontiac…with “Critical Friends” (MIND Innovation District in Milan & Stratford Innovation District in London) and truly expert and thoughtful leadership facilitation by Darren Sharpe and Noel Hatch.

Our 2022 was eventful, and full of discovery regarding the growth of ongoing “Regional Development” efforts, creative combinations, and collaborations.
