Our incubator’s effort to provide a “Downtown Community Co-Design Hub” continues, and despite the unpredictable, we remain steadfast. “Community Participation” is at the center of this intention and our commitment to the City of Pontiac. “Working and Learning from Anywhere” are dominating today’s futuring conversations. When coupled with Opportunity Zone funding, ARPA/IIJA/Build Back Better funding, & Cryptocurrency conversations across boundaries and silos, and neighborhood visions emanating from an informed citizenry - this could become the right thing at exactly the right time for human-centered economic development. This process requires an appropriate amount of subjective time and patience to be most effective. Our efforts to partner in the facilitation of these collaborative and nurturing orchestrations continues. For those of you familiar with our incubator studio, we are moving. Many of you would say we are always moving but this is a more literal vs. figurative movement. Here is a way for friends who have visited to remember their experience and perhaps a way to share with friends yet to be made. It’s kind of like we are moving but we are taking the experience with us.
